Six ways we work. Most projects use two or three of them, and the brief usually decides which.
What we do
- Artist booking
- DJs, bands, vocalists, dancers and specialty acts, matched to the room and the hour. Contracts, riders, visas and travel are handled before the date is confirmed.
- Entertainment programming
- A calendar rather than a booking. Weekly line-ups, seasonal shifts and a house sound that gives regulars a reason to come back.
- Corporate events
- Conferences, gala dinners, awards and staff parties. Entertainment scheduled around the agenda so the programme carries the room instead of interrupting it.
- Hotel and hospitality entertainment
- Lounges, pool days, brunches and restaurant floors. Volume, set length and act type set against service times, not against a playlist.
- Private events
- Weddings, birthdays, villa parties and yacht charters. One point of contact, discreet delivery and a crew that stays out of the pictures.
- Bespoke entertainment concepts
- Original formats built for a venue or a brand: a residency identity, a themed show, a moment designed for a specific room and date.
Questions
Before you brief us.
- How far in advance should we book entertainment in Dubai?
- Four to eight weeks is comfortable for most events. Peak dates — New Year's Eve, National Day and the winter season — are usually confirmed several months ahead.
- Do you handle technical production as well as talent?
- We specify what an act needs and coordinate with your venue or production supplier. Where a venue has no in-house setup we can arrange sound, lighting and staging.
- Can you work with a fixed budget?
- Yes. Tell us the figure and we will show you the strongest version of the night it buys, rather than a list you have to price yourself.
- Which areas do you cover?
- Dubai and Abu Dhabi as standard, with regular work across the wider UAE and the GCC.
