IRL Entertainment is an entertainment agency based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains how IRL collects, uses, stores and shares personal information when people visit the website, send an event brief, contact IRL or apply to join the artist network.

2. Information IRL collects
Depending on how someone uses the website, IRL may collect:
- Contact information, including name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, company and location.
- Event-enquiry information, including event type, date, venue, audience, entertainment requirements and the details supplied in a brief.
- Artist and professional information, including stage or act name, biography, categories, performance formats, experience, languages, genres, availability, travel information and management contacts.
- Media and professional links, including social profiles, websites, performance videos, photographs, media kits and technical riders.
- Private commercial information supplied by artists, including indicative fees, pricing basis, inclusions and VAT status.
- Information about an artist's current base and any visa or work status they choose to provide.
- Communication records, internal application status, review notes and a history of IRL's contact with an applicant.
- Website and campaign information, including pages visited, referral source, campaign parameters, browser/device information, security logs and form events. Analytics must not contain names, contact details, pricing, uploaded file names, social handles or free-text responses.
IRL does not ask artists to submit passport copies, Emirates ID numbers, payment-card information or other identity documents through the public application form.
3. How IRL uses information
IRL may use personal information to:
- Respond to event enquiries and prepare suitable entertainment options.
- Review artist applications and determine whether there may be a fit for current or future briefs.
- Contact applicants for further information, availability or potential work.
- Operate the private IRL Talent Desk, including search, filtering, shortlisting, readiness checks and internal notes.
- Prepare private proposal, website or social-media drafts for review. Nothing is published automatically from an artist application.
- Send application confirmation and necessary service messages.
- Prevent duplicate, fraudulent or abusive submissions and protect the website and private systems.
- Understand which outreach and campaigns generate useful enquiries or qualified applications.
- Meet legal, accounting, security and dispute-resolution obligations.
IRL does not sell personal information.
4. Legal grounds
IRL processes personal information where:
- A person has given consent, including consent to store and review artist-submission media.
- Processing is needed to respond to a request or take steps before entering into an agreement.
- Processing is necessary for IRL's legitimate business interests, where permitted and balanced against the person's rights — for example, maintaining a secure talent database, preventing abuse and managing relevant professional relationships.
- Processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or protect legal rights.
Consent may be withdrawn by contacting IRL. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal, and some information may still be retained where required by law or needed to establish or defend legal claims.
5. Artist applications
Submitting an artist application does not guarantee representation, approval or bookings.
Applications are stored privately and reviewed against live client requirements. Contact details, private pricing, uploaded files and internal notes are visible only to authorised IRL administrators and relevant service providers. IRL will not publish an artist profile, promotional material or private pricing directly from an application without further review and agreement.
Applicants must confirm their email address to complete an application. Unverified applications and associated uploads are deleted after seven days.
6. Sharing information
IRL may share information only where needed with:
- Service providers supporting secure hosting, databases, private file storage, email delivery, website security and analytics.
- Professional advisers, insurers or auditors where reasonably necessary.
- Government bodies, regulators, courts or law-enforcement authorities where required by law.
- Clients or project partners when considering an artist for a real opportunity, but only the information reasonably needed for that purpose and subject to any additional agreement required for public media or private commercial terms.
Service providers may use information only for the contracted service and must protect it appropriately.
7. International processing
Some technology and service providers may process information outside the United Arab Emirates. Where this occurs, IRL will use providers and safeguards intended to protect personal information in accordance with applicable requirements.
8. Retention
IRL keeps information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including professional relationship management, legal obligations, security and dispute resolution.
- Unverified artist applications and associated uploads are deleted after seven days.
- Verified artist applications are reviewed periodically and removed or anonymised when they are no longer relevant to IRL's talent network, unless a longer period is required by law or justified by an active professional relationship.
- Event enquiries and related correspondence are retained for the period reasonably needed to manage the enquiry, any resulting booking and related legal or accounting requirements.
- Security and abuse-prevention records are retained for a limited period appropriate to their purpose.
People may request deletion as described below. Some information may be retained where IRL has a legal requirement or overriding lawful reason to keep it.
9. Security
IRL uses access controls, private storage, server-side validation, restricted administrator roles and other reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
10. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law and any relevant exceptions, a person may ask IRL to:
- Confirm whether IRL holds their personal information and provide access to it.
- Correct inaccurate or outdated information.
- Delete personal information that is no longer needed.
- Restrict or object to particular processing.
- Provide eligible information in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

11. Children
The artist application and IRL's commercial enquiry services are intended for adults aged 18 or over. A parent, guardian or authorised representative should contact IRL before submitting information about a person under 18.
12. Cookies, analytics and advertising
IRL may use essential technologies required for security and form operation. Campaign parameters and privacy-safe form events may be used to understand how people reach and use the website.
If IRL later adds non-essential analytics, advertising pixels or server-side advertising measurement, the website must provide any notice and consent controls required by applicable law before those technologies are activated. This policy must be updated to identify the relevant providers and purposes.
13. Other websites and social platforms
The website may link to Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, video platforms and other third-party services. Those services operate under their own privacy policies, and IRL is not responsible for their independent practices.
